Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Choose My Account at the top. You may have to log in if you are not already logged in. You will see a variety of details related to your account including previous orders. The status of your order is shown in the list.

Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are based on your zip code and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Charges range from $5 to $8.

Q: Can I ship to a different address?
A: Yes. When you check out, click the "Change Address" when on the Delivery Information page. You will be able to create an address separate from your own address.
